Henry Sullivan has lived in Greenville most of his life, with deep family roots in Anderson, Greenville and Laurens. Henry began the practice of law in 1987 with the law firm of Leatherwood, Walker, Todd and Mann in Greenville, where he was a trial lawyer and also handled business and corporate matters before opening up his own business as a real estate attorney.
During law school Henry worked with several real estate law firms, and after practicing law in Greenville for five years with Leatherwood, Walker, Todd and Mann, and another four years with Ashmore, Rabon & Sullivan, P.A., in 1996 Henry opened his own office, focusing on residential real estate and commercial real estate closings. Henry has primarily handled real estate closings since that time and believes in providing professional and quality legal representation to his clients on each and every closing or legal matter.
Henry is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, where he was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity, and he also graduated from the University of South Carolina law school. He has been married to his wife, Douglas, for over 25 years and they have two children, Katy and Henry. When not practicing law Henry enjoys Gamecock football and baseball, spending time at the lake or the beach, and occasionally hunting and fishing.
